Client Description:
PWXR was previous known as Pillow’s Willow VR Studios. The company was created in 2016. Nowadays they specialize in Active Esports games. They want to motivate players to be more active while playing games.
The ambition to someday use this technology to be an Olympic sport is what makes the goal to have a fun and fair competitive game.
Description of the Assignment
Deliver a 5G concept, based on the idea of having a parallel server for people who want to connect to the game using their own 5G phone, that contains basic functionality (core interaction/game mechanics).
Game Description:
The player logs into the app because a tournament is happening soon. Quickly, before the match, they choose who their favorite player is. Besides this, they want to guess who is going to win the next game. They already wonder which things they are going to bet on this time before the game. Will it be the team that wins the whole game, the player with the highest points, the player with the highest combo, or will it be a bet on the team getting a clean game without a single red holo?
During the game, quick guesses are possible too. In a fast-paced pop-up kind of way, questions appear that give you points; if you were right, you get more points based on the speed. Which team will have the fastest clear time in “The Floor is Lava”? Will team orange grab more than 1 red block in “Dance Floor”? Will team Blue hit a laser in “Holo Heist”? This means that the variation in questions and bets are endless.
After the game, the player ended up scoring a lot of points because they reacted fast in the fast-paced mid-round questions. At the end of the game, they can see the leaderboard and the standing of all the spectators and their points.
The excitement of placing first is great as everyone in the game can see the leaderboard and can see you (The player) on first place!

Key features of the game:
Predicting
Spectators will be able to make predictions to earn points. To circumvent certain betting laws, they will not be allowed to bet points, instead a voting system is used where it is free to enter, and people get rewarded if they guess right like Kahoot. The points players get will get saved in their accounts so they can save up for items from the item shop.

This “game”(if you can even call it that) currently doesn’t have a playable prototype because it requires integration with an existing game. And we can’t connect to that game.
